1- How long does it last one session?
You can choose from 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
2- Which one would you advice for a first time session?
The first session I highly recommend 90 minutes,to have enough time to discuss your treatment and goals of the session.
3- What happens in one session?
After a talk where we discuss the issue and choose which kind of session would be the most helpful. You lay fully clothed on the massage table and we proceed mostly gentle touch on head and or body.
4-How many sessions do I require?
That will depend on how long you have the issue in question and how willing you are to change it. If you have it for years or weeks. Note for those that might be in a deep self sabotage or resistance pattern might take a little longer.
